Azerbaijani leader: Armenians in Karabakh under control of Russian peacekeepers

ABC.AZ reports that this statement was made today by President Ilham Aliyev at a press conference.

According to the head of state, it is necessary to take into account that there is no Azerbaijani population there now: "Azerbaijanis have not been there for 30 years, and they have not yet returned to their lands. The Armenian population is under the control of the Russian peacekeepers, and they don't go anywhere from there, they can't get out, there are mines scattered everywhere."
