March 11, Fineko/abc.az. Israeli companies offer assistance to Azerbaijan in the reconstruction of Nagorno-Karabakh, ABC.AZ reports citing Arye Gut, the executive director of the House of Azerbaijan in Israel.

According to Gut, Israeli companies are interested to invest in the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from the occupation.

Gut said that thanks to close cooperation, Azerbaijan and Israel have strengthened ties in the agricultural, medical, defense and other spheres: "Israel was one of the first countries to recognize the independence of Azerbaijan, and no country in Eurasia was a closer friend to Israel than Azerbaijan. In addition, Israel is one of the main buyers of Azerbaijani oil."
