Over 45,000 farmers received subsidies

March 17, Fineko/abc.az. To date, 227,998 farmers have received subsidies from the state for autumn crops. Another 45,348 farmers whose applications were approved received subsidies for agricultural development.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Agriculture that thus, the number of farmers who received subsidies for autumn crops for the relevant period reached 227,998 people.

In total, more than 335,000 farmers announced the autumn crops of 2020 in the electronic agricultural information system.

Payments were made in the form of 25% of cashed and 75% of non-cash payments on farm cards.
