Cities where cost of housing increased most of all

March 31, Fineko/abc.az. UK’s real estate consulting company Knight Frank has published the next Global Residential Cities Index, reflecting the volatility of house prices.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Index covering 150 cities around the world, Ankara ranks 1st with growth of 30.2% in Q4 of 2020. Izmir occupies the 2nd place (29.4%) and Istanbul is in 3rd position (27.9%). The Top 3 cities are followed by Auckland, Wellington, Seoul, Ottawa, Halifax, Moscow, and St. Petersburg.
