Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin discussed situation in Karabakh

April 1, Fineko/abc.az. Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Vladimir Putin of Russia have had a phone conversation.

ABC.AZ reports that during the conversation the heads of state of Azerbaijan and Russia discussed the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh.

It was noted with satisfaction that the situation is generally stable, and the ceasefire regime is strictly observed.
