President touched upon the issue of return of IDPs to their lands

April 1, Fineko/abc.az. New opportunities are opening up in the territories liberated from the Armenian occupation. There is a great need for infrastructure development on these lands.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev made today such a statement during the reception of World Bank’s Regional Director Sebastian Molineus.

"The entire infrastructure has been destroyed, and in order to bring people back, we, of course, must conduct mine clearance, and then reconstruction. It will be impossible to return IDPs and refugees without infrastructure projects. Therefore, we look forward to working with the WB on these issues," President Aliyev said.
