April 6, Fineko/abc.az. The income of municipal authorities from the rental of municipal property and land amounted to AZN 12.44 million for 2020 (decrease of 5%).

ABC.AZ reports that the amount of the tax on property of individuals totaled AZN 7.926 million (a rise of 4.7%), land tax from physical persons AZN 5.51 million (a rise of 4.1%).

Last year, the subsidies in the amount of AZN 5.7 million were allocated from the State Budget of Azerbaijan to municipalities (an increase of 0.6%).

In the structure of expenditures, more finances were allocated for the maintenance of local government bodies – AZN 22.579 million (a rise of 1.2%), or 65.7% of all expenditures for 2020.
