Those who do not pay contributions on MHI to be fined

April 7, Fineko/abc.az. Those who do not pay mandatory health insurance contributions will be held accountable.

ABC.AZ reports that this matter is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Criminal Code.

The amendments envisage a 2- or 3-fold fine of the amount of damage caused, correctional labor for up to two years or imprisonment for up to three years with a possible ban on holding a certain position or engaging in a certain activity for up to three years or without it.
