Revan Sigorta’s obligations transferred to this company

April 12, Fineko/abc.az. The obligations within the asset insurance contracts of Revan Sigorta, which is in the process of liquidation, have been transferred to A-Qrup Sigorta.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated by Revan Sigorta itself.

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan revoked the license of Revan last month.

The decision on the occasion was made on the basis of a voluntary request from the company, in accordance with Article 107.1.1 of the Law on Insurance Activities.
