April 12, Fineko/abc.az. In order to receive unusable banknotes, their examination and exchange, as well as responding to inquiries and appeals related to cash, service offices have been organized in Azerbaijan Central Bank and its territorial offices (Nakhchivan AR Department, Ganja, Bilasuvar and Guba Regional Centers, Yevlakh Reserve Center).

A new Cash Office has been established in the bank's administrative building at 27 Bulbul Avenue, Baku. From 13 April 2021, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 13:00 (hotline 966), citizens can apply to the Cash Office at the specified address, submit banknotes for examination and replace damaged bills.
