April 13, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev took part in conference "The New Look at the South Caucasus: Post-Conflict Development & Cooperation" at ADA University.

ABC.AZ reports in his speech at the event the head of state touched upon a range of important points.

He noted that the regime in Armenia did not want foreigners to see the ruins, as well as Armenians’ hatred towards Azerbaijanis.

"As those destructions and ruins were committed after the First Karabakh War and as civilian villages can't be destroyed during war. Armenians deliberately did this in order to erase the heritage of Azerbaijani culture, those territories from our memory, and to change the origin of those territories," President Aliyev said.
