April 20, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Feb the average monthly nominal wage of salaried employees reduced.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that for the first 2 months of this year the average monthly nominal salary of salaried employees decreased by 2.8% (versus Jan-Feb 2020) to 692.3 manats.

Wages in the oil & gas sector amounted to 3,182 manats and in the nonoil & gas sector - 640 manats.

The salary of employees of state-run enterprises reached 613.8 manats and private ones - 788 manats.

In the mining industry, financial and insurance activities, information and communication, professional, scientific and technical activities, as well as in the field of transport and warehousing, the average monthly nominal salary was higher than the national average.
