Population's demand for rubles has increased

April 26, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of this year the Azerbaijani population bought 485.25 million Russian rubles from banks.

ABC.AZ reports that the indicators of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan show that this amount is 57.3% (2.3-fold) less versus Jan-Mar 2020.

So, in March alone the population bought 182.529 million rubles (11.8% more against February) and in n February - 163.331 million rubles (17.2% more versus January).

This indicates that over the past two months the population's demand for rubles has increased.
