Customs Committee fines Coca-Cola – case sent to court

April 26, Fineko/abc.az. The State Customs Committee has fined Azərbaycan Coca-Cola Bottlers Limited LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that the protocol drawn up by the SCC in accordance with Article 485.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences has been sent to the Binagadi District Court for consideration.

The case is pending before Judge Maira Kerimova.

Legal entities are fined in the amount of 1,500 manats for this administrative offence.
