Premiums and compensations on mandatory real estate insurance increased

April 26, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has published the data on insurance companies’ premiums on compulsory real estate insurance collected for Jan-Mar 2021 this year.

ABC.AZ reports that the insurers gathered premiums for AZN 23.8 million and paid compensations AZN 450,100 on this type of insurance for the first 3 months of 2021.

Thus, compared with the same term of 2020 the premiums increased by 33.6% and compensation payments decreased by 3.1 times.
