Azerbaijan exports Lankaran strawberries abroad – harvesting has begun

May 7, Fineko/abc.az. Collecting of strawberries grown under greenhouse conditions is ongoing in Lankaran district of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the grown products is directed for export to both local and foreign markets.

Strawberries grown by Lankaran farmers are in great demand both in the domestic and foreign markets. Eight tons of strawberries have already been exported to Kazakhstan.

After the start of the mass harvest in the farm, on the basis of contracts with companies, the products will be delivered to the Russian markets.
