Mortgage Fund has reported on apartments sold by rental method

May 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has published the amount of loans given under guarantees and subsidies within the state line.

The amount of the loan provided under guarantees and subsidies is AZN 231.27 million, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the AMCGF.

Information was also provided on the number of apartments provided for the use of tenants from the Fund.

It was noted that 786 residential premises were sold using the rental method.
