May 17, Fineko/abc.az. As previously reported, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev called Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

ABC.AZ reports that President Aliyev informed his Kazakh counterpart about the events that took place on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border in recent days, noting that the process of clarifying the border is currently underway, and the Armenian side shows an inadequate reaction to this process.

"Armenia's appeal to the CSTO regarding the situation on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border is nothing more than an attempt to internationalize this issue, it is absolutely groundless. There is no conflict on the border, the situation is stable, and negotiations are continuing," President Aliyev said.
