May 18, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on some measures aimed at improving the management in the field of state mandatory personal insurance.

ABC.AZ reports that in accordance with the order with the purpose of improvement of the management in the field of state mandatory personal insurance, from 1 January 2022 the powers of the State Insurance Commercial Company of Azerbaijan in the field of state mandatory personal insurance of the Milli Majlis MPs, judges, personnel of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, state security bodies, foreign intelligence, military personnel of intelligence and counterintelligence entities, as well as individuals, military service in other state bodies (institutions that are part of the structure of state bodies), which provide for the passage of military service and are on the training camp of military service, prosecutors, investigators, persons serving in the justice and migration bodies, conducting investigations, carrying out operational search activities, as well as ensuring the elimination of the consequences of emergency situations, protecting public order, organizing customs activities, employees of the diplomatic missions of Azerbaijan in foreign countries and international organizations and personnel of the civil defense forces were transferred to the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan.
