May 21, Fineko/abc.az. On 20 May, President Ilham Aliyev took part in the in video-format discussions entitled "South Caucasus: Prospects for Regional Development & Cooperation" held by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state noted that he highly appreciates the above-said discussions.

“As we need precisely in this. Due to the fact of occupation which lasted almost 30 years, Azerbaijan openly declared its position that we will not cooperate with Armenia until the territories are liberated. I think that Armenia itself now understands that they made a very big mistake, because they lost time,” Presidetn Aliyev emphasized.
