A new decision on credit unions

May 25, Fineko/abc.az. The credit union must annually submit information about the borrower to at least one credit bureau and to the centralized credit register established in the Central Bank, in accordance with the procedure established by the Central Bank.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in new Article 15.1 of the Law on Credit Unions.

According to the draft article, the procedure for the credit union to provide information about the borrower to the credit bureau and receive it will be regulated by the Law on Credit Bureaus.
