May 25, Fineko/abc.az. The State Agency for Mandatory Health Insurance has published an application for obtaining a Covid-passport.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Agency that the Covid-passport has two types: "Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate" and "COVID-19 Immunity Certificate". The Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate is given to individuals who have received both doses of the vaccine, and the Covid-19 Immunity Certificate is given to those who have recovered from the coronavirus.

"To get these certificates, you need to go to the E-xidmətlər section on the GAOMS website, then log in to your personal account (https://kabinet.its.gov.az/az/index). This section is integrated into the myGov portal.

Here you need to register, enter FIN in "ASAN Login", or log in with signature Asan ImzaElektron imza, BSXM (Bank Sertifikat Xidmətləri Mərkəzi). After registration, you need to open section ‘Digər xidmətlər’. After that, ‘COVID-19 vaksin sertifikatı’ and ‘COVID-19 immunitet sertifikatı’ will appear on the screen»:

"If a citizen has been vaccinated, they should choose COVID-19 vaksin sertifikatı. The infected and cured citizen chooses ‘COVID-19 immunitet sertifikatı’.

The proposed Covid-passport can be downloaded in e-format, as well as printed. The validity of the Covid-passport can be checked by the QR Code specified in the document.

Citizens can get a Covid-passport through mobile application E-Təbib.
