Distributor company reduced authorized capital

May 26, Fineko/abc.az. Distribution company Benkons LLC announced about the reduction in the authorized capital from 4.72 million manats to 100 manats.

ABC.AZ reports that in connection with the reduction of the authorized capital, creditors can submit their claims within a month at the address: Baku, Heydar Aliyev Avenue, 79/2.

Hamid Hamidov is the legal representative of Benkons LLC.
