Construction of Barda-Aghdam highway starts

May 26, Fineko/abc.az. The State Motor Road Agency of Azerbaijan has started the construction of Barda-Aghdam highway.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Agency that one of the road infrastructure projects implemented in the liberated territories is Barda-Aghdam highway.

The length of the road, which originates in the city of Barda, will be 44.5 km.

Barda-Aghdam road is being built in accordance with technical level I with four lanes of traffic, taking into account the development plan of Karabakh. Construction work has already started on the sections of Barda-Aghdam highway located between 14-21 km and 35-41 km.
