June 1, Fineko/abc.az. Work is underway on full operation of PayPal in Azerbaijan, the largest electronic payment system in the U.S. and in the world.

ABC.AZ reports that this was stated by portal Azexport’s head Ayhan Gadashov at the signing ceremony of a memorandum of cooperation with Azerpocht LLC under the Ministry of Transport, Communications & High Technologies.

"Currently, citizens of the country do not have the opportunity to use all the functions of PayPal. For its full functioning, it is necessary to carry out some work. In particular, it is necessary to make changes to some legislative acts, and, of course, Azerpocht can play a significant role here," he emphasized.
