June 2, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy has launched e-service "Obtaining a certificate of the presence of real estate".

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry that certificate of the availability of real estate in the name of the person who has already applied can be obtained in e-form, as well as by contacting the territorial departments of the Service,.

The transition to e-document management of services related to real estate is one of the priorities of the state service, and the launch of the new service is aimed at ensuring the satisfaction of citizens, increasing flexibility, and eliminating time losses.
