Russia's Central Bank to raise interest rates

June 4, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Russia plans to raise rates by 0.25 p or 0.5 p, ABC.AZ reports citing Bank’s deputy chairwoman Kseniya Yudayeva.

She noted that at the meeting to be held on 11 June the rate will be increased by 0.25 or 0.5 percentage points.

Yudayeva said that all factors are carefully evaluated.

The Central Bank of Russia raised the interest rate from 4.5% to 5% on 26 April.
