Embafinans plans placement of bonds

June 4, Fineko/abc.az. NBCO Embafinans LLC plans to issue bonds for AZN 1.5 million.

ABC.AZ reports that the bonds will be issued with maturity of 365 days and at a rate of 10.5% per annum.

The issue is divided into 1,500 bonds with nominal value of 1,000 manats per security.

The interest payable on the bonds will be paid periodically every 1 calendar month from the date of placement of the first bond in circulation.

Payment of the principal amount of the bonds to the bondholders will be made at the end of the circulation period – after 1 (one) calendar year from the date of placement of the first bond.
