June 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the liberated part of Aghdam district, Emin Huseynov, made a statement about the Karabakh University to be established in the city of Aghdam.

ABC.AZ reports that Huseynov noted that the Aghdam City General Plan provides a place for an educational town: "Mr. President has already laid the foundation of School #1 in Aghdam. At the same time, the General Plan envisages the establishment of a large Karabakh university in the region in the city of Aghdam. Along with this, it is planned to build various technical vocational schools and lyceums. The concept of all this is currently being developed and will be presented to the public."
