Number of Azerbaijani citizens who visited Georgia for past 5 months

June 7, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-May of this year 22,305 people from Azerbaijan visited Georgia, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the report of the National Tourism Administration of Georgia.

According to the document, the indicator is by 245,711 people or 91.7% less against Jan-May 2020. As for the rate of visits to Georgia in the first 5 months of 2021, Azerbaijan ranks 4th after Turkey, Armenia and Russia.

In May alone, the neighboring country received 5,704 visitors from Azerbaijan (2,428 people or 74.1% more year-on-year).

The total number of international visitors who went to the neighboring country over Jan-May was 329,825 people (-76.6%).
