Over 45,000 farmers received subsidies since early 2021

June 23, Fineko/abc.az. In 2021, more than 45 thousand farmers were paid more than AZN 20 million of subsidies for spring and long-term sowing.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Agency for Agricultural Lending & Development (AKIA) that these payments covered more than 82,000 hectares.

Subsidies were given to farmers who submitted soil tests in due time, whose acreage was not monitored, and to those farmers whose crop area monitoring was completed.
