June 29, Fineko/abc.az. The date and agenda of the next extraordinary session of the Azerbaijani parliament have been announced.

ABC.AZ reports that an extraordinary session of Milli Majlis (parliament) of Azerbaijan will be held on 2 July.

Its agenda includes 10 matters:

1. Draft law on the amendments to the Law on Labor Pensions (3rd reading)

2. Draft law on the amendments to the Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (3rd reading)

3. Draft law on the amendments to the Law on Public Service (3rd reading)

4. Draft law on the amendments to the Labor, Civil Procedure, Family, Civil, Tax, Criminal Procedure, Administrative Procedure Codes, the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Laws on Social Insurance, on Medical Insurance, on State Duty, on the Judicial & Legal Council and on Administrative Execution (2nd reading)

6. Draft law on the amendments to the Law on Mediation (2nd reading)

7. Draft law on the amendments to the Laws on Public Service, on Service in the Prosecutor's Office, on Diplomatic Service, on Service in the Justice Bodies, on Service in the Emergency Situations Bodies, Regulations on Service in the Customs Authorities, approved by Law #768-IQ of 7 December 1999, Regulations on Service in the State Tax Authorities, approved by Law #141-IIQ of 12 June 2001, Regulations on Service in the Internal Affairs Bodies of Azerbaijan, approved by Law #168-IIQ of 29 June 2001 and in the Regulations on Service in Migration Authorities, approved by Law #930-IIQ of 4 December 2009 (2nd reading)
