July 2, Fineko/abc.az. The head of the Azerbaijani representative office of the World Health Organization (WHO), Hande Harmanji, appealed to the citizens of Azerbaijan with request to protect themselves from coronavirus infection in the autumn season.

ABC.AZ reports that she stressed that it is important not to relax during the period of quarantine easing.

The WHO representative noted that autumn will come soon and it is necessary to take into account the cold snap.

"At that, today the Delta strain continues to spread rapidly around the world, and we should take our health more seriously. We must continue to protect ourselves, to join the vaccination. We should know that vaccination against COVID-19 is the most effective method. The most important thing is that vaccinations are safe. Everyone should talk about this to each other," Harmanji believes.
