July 13, Fineko/abc.az. ADY Express started exporting cement produced in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that ADY Express LLC, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, has started transporting another type of cargo in the export mode.

This time, the company started transporting cement manufactured at the Holcim Azerbaijan’s plant by rail to Georgia.

The cargo is loaded into gondola cars provided by ADY Express LLC at Garadag station and delivered to Kaspi station in Georgia. Transportation of goods to the neighboring country and the return of wagons is usually carried out in 6 or 7 days.

Transportation of cargo by ADY Express will be carried out 4 times a month in 50 cars. ADY Express plans to transport 15,000 tons of cement produced by Holcim Azerbaijan to Georgia every month.
