15 people whose illegal contracts terminated restored in their jobs

July 16, Fineko/abc.az. The employment contracts with 15 employees were terminated in violation of the requirements of the law for Jan-Jun 2021, ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection.

As a result of the measures taken, the restoration of these workers to their former jobs was ensured. In connection with these cases, the employers were explained the requirements of the legislation, they were informed about the relevant requirements of the Labor Code.
