Rice planting increased in Astara - Comparison with last year

July 17, Fineko/abc.az. 240.6 hectares of rice were planted in Astara farms for this year's harvest.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Astara District Statistical Department that this is 36 hectares or 17.6% more than last year.

Rice farming is mainly widespread in such territorial representations of the district as Sanjaradi, Pensar, Kakalos and Arkivan.
