Amendments made to Law on Labor Pensions

July 23, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has endorsed the amendments to the Law on Labor Pensions.

ABC.AZ informs that Article 41 of the Law is given in the following wording:

“Upon the expiration of the period of incapacity for work of a person with a disability, the payment of his labor pension is suspended from the date of the end of the disability. The payment of a labor pension to a person with a disability is resumed from the date of his re-recognition as a disabled person in accordance with the Law on the Rights of Disabled Persons.”
