Azerbaijani president appoints new ambassador to Estonia

July 26, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's ambassador to Estonia has been appointed.

ABC.AZ reports that by the order of President Ilham Aliyev, Anar Magerramov was appointed to this position.

Anar Magerrramov was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Spain and the Principality of Andorra, as well as a permanent representative to the World Tourism Organization.

He was recalled from these positions in April 2021 by the presidential order.

Magerramov is the son of the former rector of Baku State University (BSU) Abel Magerramov.
