July 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Operational Headquarters has held a briefing to clarify some issues.

ABC.AZ reports that at the briefing it was noted that 99 percent of people who died from coronavirus after the start of vaccination against the COVID-19 virus in Azerbaijan are people who have not received the vaccine.

Presidential aide Shahmar Movsumov said that a special mobile application is being prepared and will be launched from 1 September, for conducting checks in areas where a covid passport is required, and detailed information about this will be provided in the coming days.

"With this application, passports will be quickly checked when entering closed spaces. We must remember that the virus has not disappeared anywhere. The only way out of the pandemic today is vaccination," the presidential aide believes.
