TƏBIB is concerned: Sharp increase in number of infections in recent days

July 26, Fineko/abc.az. There has been a sharp increase in the infection rate in the last few days, ABC.AZ reports citing TƏBIB department head Yagut Garayeva as saying this at today’s briefing.

She noted that on 25 July 386 cases of infection were recorded.

"At the end of June the percentage of infection decreased to 1%, but in recent days it has increased up to 5%. This is serious growth. Infection is most often observed in people aged 30-39 years. In the republic, the most cases of coronavirus infection were detected in Baku – 54%," Garayeva emphasized.
