ASK Tütün has been reduced

July 27, Fineko/abc.az. ASK Tütün has withdrawn from agro-industrial complex Azərtütün.

ABC.AZ reports that complex Azərtütün announced reorganization in connection with separation of ASK Tütün LLC from its composition.

As a result, the authorized capital of Azərtütün LLC decreased from AZN 22.257 million to AZN 21.897 million, having decreased by AZN 359,962.

Creditors and debtors can submit their claims within 30 days at the address: 35 Tbilisi Avenue, Apart. 1033, Yasamal district, Baku city.
