Statistics of Day: 431 more people infected with coronavirus in Azerbaijan

August 2, Fineko/abc.az. 431 cases of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) have been registered in Azerbaijan today, while 139 people were treated and discharged home.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet Ministers, three people, whose tests were positive, died.

To date, 344,951 cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in the country. Of them, 333,267 people have been reported as recovered, while 5,030 people have died. The active number of patients reached 6,654 people.

Over the past 24 hours 6,238 tests were conducted in connection with the detection of new cases of infection, and until today – 4,049,978 tests.
