Giving of mortgage loans observed a rise for 1st half of 2021

August 5, Fineko/abc.az. In July 2021 the banks gave 402 mortgage loans in the total amount of AZN 26.094 million in Azerbaijan through the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF), ABC.AZ was informed at the Fund.

The indicator is by 27.2% less than in June. Over Jan-Jul 2021 it was given 3,460 mortgage loans for AZN 231.414 million (75.6% more versus Jan-Jul 2020).

To date, 34,932 mortgage loans have been given through the MCGF for totally AZN1.87 bn. The total amount of the guaranteed loans reached AZN 232.518 million, and the number of residential premises for the use of leaseholders amounted to 920.
