3,788 new cases of coronavirus infection detected in Azerbaijan

August 31, Fineko/abc.az. During the day 3,788 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Azerbaijan, 3,228 people were reported as recovered, and 44 people died.

According to the report of the Cabinet Ministers Operational Headquarters, 424,891 cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Azerbaijan so far. 366,126 people have been reported as cured, 5,636 have died, and the number of active patients is 53,129.

Over the past 24 hours 19,693 tests were conducted to detect new cases of coronavirus infection, and 4,461,937 tests were carried out over the past period.
