September 2, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Health has presented the procedure for obtaining a certificate of contraindications by citizens who received a positive response to an appeal in this regard.

Citizens who have received a positive response to the appeal in connection with the certificate of contraindications must register on website https://kabinet.its.gov.az/ by selecting one of the four suggested methods.

After registration, the citizen must select the window of the State Agency for Mandatory Medical Insurance. Then citizens can download the specified certificate in e-form to the phone by selecting section "certificate of contraindications" in the window of other services. They can also make a "Screenshot" and save it to the document as a photo in the phone's memory.
