September 8, Fineko/abc.az. With the support of the State Committee for Urban Planning & Architecture, the Union of Architects, and the University of Architecture & Construction, a competition of architecture & urban planning with the participation of young architects from the CIS countries has been announced.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Committee that the aim of the competition is to increase the standard of living and accessibility of services in rural settlements within the framework of the Action Plan dedicated to the Year of Architecture & Urban Planning in the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2021, to reduce the gap between urban and rural settlements, as well as to attract public attention to the importance and opportunities of urban planning and architecture.
