September 10, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jul 2021 the legal entities and individuals of Azerbaijan carried out trade operations with partners in 175 countries of the world, including export to 111 countries and import from 162 countries.

According to the State Statistics Committee, country's foreign trade turnover for Jan-Jul 2021 reached $17.337 bn, taking into account the statistically estimated value of exported crude oil and natural gas.

The value of exported products amounted to $11.39 bn or 63.7% of trade turnover and the value of imported products $6.297 bn or 36.3%.

As a result, there was positive balance of $4.74 bn.

Compared with Jan-Jul 2020, the foreign trade turnover in actual prices increased by 26%. In real terms, foreign trade turnover declined by 6.7%, including imports by 12.4% and exports by 2.4%.
