September 14, Fineko/abc.az. Now many investigative materials indicate that the heads of the executive authorities of several districts received bribes even from representatives of socially vulnerable segments of the population.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev stated about this during the video-format reception in connection with the appointment of Rafik Jalilov as the head of the Jalilabad District Executive Power and Rashad Tagiyev as the head of the Shamkir District Executive Power.

Country’s leader noted that in order to reduce the unemployment rate, especially taking into account the crisis situation in the world, the socio-economic crisis and the pandemic, about 100,000 paid public jobs have been created for the most vulnerable segments of the population, where wages are equal to the minimum wage.
"And they set their eyes on this: storing their payment cards in their offices, they withdrew money from them. How shameless these actions are! There is popular hidden footage. They even appropriated humanitarian aid sent by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation to families in need of support and social protection. There is footage, everyone saw it and hated those people who planned to appropriate a certain percentage of humanitarian aid and sell it on the market. What a baseness, what a disgrace! These people are disgracing themselves, desecrating our power. If someone thinks that they can get away with it, they are mistaken!" President Aliyev said.
