Azerbaijan produced over 17 million medical masks for Jan-Aug

September 15, Fineko/abc.az. The State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan has informed the data on medical mask production for the past 8 months.

In particular, the country produced 17.8 million medical masks for the reported term (56.1% more versus Jan-Aug 2020).

In August, 2.7 million masks were produced (2.3-fold more than in July).

As of 1 September 2021 Azerbaijan’s stocks of ready-made medical masks reach 800,000 masks.
