Russia did not permit import of wood products in Azerbaijan

September 17, Fineko/abc.az. During inspections of woodworks imported in Azerbaijan from Tomsk Oblast of Russia, 7 facts of infection (forest pests) were detected on 385 cu m of products.

ABC.AZ reports that the owners of the products were brought to administrative responsibility for not reporting the presence of pests on wooden products.

They are tasked to take measures to eliminate the identified defect.

From 6 to 12 September 3,892.69 cu m of wood products (chopsticks, ice cream sticks, wooden panels, cable drums, packaging materials, etc.) were sent to China, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
